For me, this is what dreams are made of: a colorful autumn horseback ride through tall golden grasses buzzing with insects, along cold reflective streams that gently gurgle and flow, under the sun-illuminated golden aspen and cottonwood leaves that drop into in gentle swirls of air to flip and spin their way back down to the earth. My horse is as calm as the clear blue sky,, and the rhythmic sound of his steady feet crunching in the fallen leaves and dry grasses defines the pace of my own peaceful heartbeat as we wander together through the warm, pine scented forest,. Despite the sounds of horse and human, hoofbeats and squeaking leather, our presence doesn't interrupt the busy forest life of the season. Insects buzz along merrily in the sun's horizontal rays, birds call to find each other from perches hidden from below  and squirrels and other wildlife busily carry on their pursuits of gathering fall supplies to prepare for the coming of winter.
